OutCast Roles:

Account Executive

Account Executives are active in all aspects of an account at OutCast.  They develop strong relationships in the press and analyst communities.  They begin to run on-going programs (customer visibility, writing, speaking and awards) as well as projects such as events, monthly and six-month reports.

Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executives make things happen at OutCast.  They maintain and develop strong relationships in the press and analyst communities. In addition, they run both on-going client programs (customer visibility, writing, speaking) as well as projects including product launches and events.

Account Supervisor

Account Supervisors play a pivotal role at OutCast. They manage budgets in a range of  $800K to $1.2 million annually (1-3 accounts) and are responsible for the success of those accounts - including overall strategy, major launches/news and ongoing PR programs, staffing, budgeting, billing. In addition, they participate in the continued success of the agency, act as mentors/coaches to members of the account teams.

Media Strategist

The Media Strategist is responsible for the success of overall media strategy while playing a role in positioning, high-level client contact, and major launches/news. The number of accounts the Media Strategist works on can fluctuate depending upon budgets and needs. The Media Strategist also serves as an agency-wide ‘guru’, coaching others as needed and playing a key part in agency training and staff development.

Director

Directors play multi-faceted role at OutCast. They manage budgets in a range of $1 to $1.5 million annually (2-4 accounts) and are responsible for the success of those accounts - including overall strategy, major launches/news and ongoing PR programs, staffing, budgeting, billing. In addition, they run agency projects (ie: new business initiatives) and participate in the continued success of the agency, act as mentors/coaches to members of the account teams and manage the participation/flow of information to the partners and VPs.

Vice President

Vice President take responsibility for all aspects of the agency and client PR programs and manage budgets of $2M+ (4 or more accounts). They focus on developing new agency goals and deliverables, as well as drive new business, manage team size and structure, and conduct annual employee reviews. They are responsible for the success of these accounts including overall strategy and positioning, highest level client and media contact, and major events, launches, and news.
